Cyndi Bol was raised in Bridgewater, NJ, and lived most of her adult life in Hillsborough. Now she’s settled in Somerville enjoying the downtown life. Cyndi has extensive knowledge of Somerset & Middlesex counties and the Central New Jersey area.

One of her favorite things about her job is connecting with the families and individuals she works with and helping them find the homes they love. As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Cyndi is happy to assist you in finding your first home, one with more space, an investment property, or in finding the home to which you will downsize. She knows all of these moves are big steps in someone’s life. Cyndi will help you find the right home and walk you through the entire process step by step.

When listing a home, she values both a business transaction but also a very personal decision. With 7+ years marketing experience and as an Accredited
Staging Professional (ASP), Cyndi will ensure that your home is marketed well and is seen in the most attractive light to prospective buyers. Most of all, she will treat your listing with great care because she understands that you are selling a home that you have built memories in and love. Cyndi is also a Notary Public, which will make certain transactions along the way easier to manage if the need arises. No matter what the service she is happy to assist all of her clients in every way as they move one step closer toward owning their new home.

Since Cyndi truly believes that you should love where you live, she is passionate about giving back to the community. Some of the ways she enjoys giving back is through volunteer work and organizing fundraisers for organizations like the American Cancer Society, Womanspace and St. Jude. Cyndi has served on the board of the Women's Council of Realtors - Mercer County as Membership Director (2019) and Program Director (2020). Recently she joined the Somerville-Bridgewater Rotary and is pleased to become more involved locally. Cyndi looks forward to establishing relationships with her new clients and helping them with their real estate needs.
